A global telecommunications client is looking for an experienced RAN Build Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead project delivery from initiation to closure, achieving key milestones along the way.
  • Manage project budget time, resources, scope, testing and overall quality.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to translate requirements into effective and innovate solutions.
  • Ensure implementation aligns with customer needs.

 

Key skill and experience:

 

  • Proven experience in managing Radio Access Network (RAN) deployment projects in the telecommunications industry.
  • Solid understanding of wireless technologies, including LTE, 5G, and small cell networks.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to RAN deployment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

    An award winning digital media agency is looking for an AV Installation engineer to deliver digital/AV installations in a field-based role. This role will provide exceptional service to an impressive portfolio of clients, delivering projects, solutions and support to a variety of AV equipment and systems.

    Responsibilities:
    • Installation of AV equipment
    • Installation of pole mounting systems and associated bracketry
    • Diagnose and resolve any issue with AV and IT equipment
    • Maintenance and service of AV equipment
    • Have great communication skills with your colleagues and our clients
    • To produce accurate work to a high professional standard paying attention to detail
    • Completion and submission of required paperwork
    • Adhere to relevant Health & Safety and codes of conduct in the workplace
    • Responsible for company vehicles, tools, and stock


    Essential Criteria:
    • Minimum 2+ years’ service and installation experience (ideally within AV, but experience with Smart Home/ general Electrical Installation, kiosks, cash machines etc. will be considered)
    • Full UK driving license
    • Ability to pass a DBS check
    • A good level of English – spoken and written
    • Good timekeeping, reliability, and a professional manner
    • The ability to be flexible within a working week as shifts can change between days and nights
    • Ability to manage your own workload
    • Great communication skills

    £40 DOE +bonus and overtime opportunities
