A large, global Legal Business has a requirement for an experienced IT Training Manager to join the thriving, growing business on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs and successfully developing and implementing an IT Training programme based upon this. This will involve project managing the introduction of new training courses, creating and managing performance metrics for the IT Training team as well as managing the Training team budget.

Skills and Experience Required: 

  • Experience of managing a training department within a Legal/Law Firm setting
  • Familiarity with Legal applications such as Practice Management Systems, Elite 3E, Document Management Systems, Document Comparison Tools and CRM systems as well as Microsoft Office applications would be highly advantageous
  • Proven experience of developing and delivering successful training programmes
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
