About the role:

This role is within the Interaction Design team who are responsible for designing, and optimising the messages sent to customers to engage and deepen their relationship with the group.

They will require creativity and a customer focus to enable them to identify customer events in data that indicate the need for bank service or product contact. They will also work with the optimisation processes, to ensure that the interactions are correctly prioritised based on relevance to customers through the correct channel. They will need strong attention to detail, to ensure high quality, accurate data is delivered. The role also demands the ability to liaise with many stakeholders when dealing with campaign design, set up and test. The role will cover customer interactions and is a great opportunity to develop your understanding of customer focussed strategies, in a multichannel environment.


About you:

The individual in this role should be passionate about data and analytics, have an attitude for problem solving, and use that approach to recommend and drive simple, effective solutions. We are currently looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager with experience within credit card ‘’Acquisition’’ and ‘’Engagement & Retention’’ campaigns. This is a 12-month contract opportunity and it will be based in either Bristol, Halifax or Chester. (Please note this role doesn’t require travel across the offices)


  • Support Performance, Optimisation & Interaction with a large portfolio of credit card activity by partnering with the product and marketing conversion teams to identify and drive improvements in conversion levels.
  • Using campaign reporting tools available, make recommendations on campaign targeting to improve campaign effectiveness, exploiting key customer segmentation to support Group strategic objectives.
