A global telecommunication integrator is seeking an experienced Project Manager with specific Telecommunication sector experience to join their on site team in Berkshire.

The Role:

  • Typically manages small project budgets eg a central project budget up to £1m
  • Identifies and manages key stakeholders
  • Contribute to business cases and ensures that business cases get signed off in a timely way.
  • Implements and maintains a consistent project management methodology ensuring project conforms to
  • appropriate governance including all project documentation
  • Develops and gains agreement to project plan; provides regular progress reports to key stakeholders
  • Manages all aspects of risk, issues and contingency
  • Identifies dependencies with other business initiatives/activities
  • Determines, procures and manages appropriate resources to deliver the project (functional or divisional team and a small number of third parties)
  • Manages all project communications
  • Provides support in contract negotiation

Senior Business Support Analyst

Senior Business Support Analyst - £174.24 per day inside IR35

The NHS is seeking a Senior Business Support Analyst to work primarily on a remote basis but may occasionally be needed on-site in Hastings.



  • Maintain expertise in NHS data standards, data presentation, and measurement trends
  • Provide training where appropriate to other team members and verify the accuracy of their work
  • Responsible for training, demonstration, and/or provision of analytical tools, software, methodologies, or processes to both analytical and non-analytical professionals

Analytical and Technical

  • Work closely with operational teams to identify their information requirements
  • Use a logical approach to turn complex data into meaningful information for non-data experts, providing them with context and guidance to assist interpretation
  • Support the trust's ad-hoc information request service
  • Design and develop datasets to support NHS developments and central data returns
  • Support audits of clinical care
  • Ensure data is available in a timely manner, establishing automation of reports whenever possible
  • Support the development and ongoing maintenance of performance dashboards
  • Assist with the development of data warehouse reporting using Microsoft SQL Server
  • Monitor reporting systems for failures and ensure corrective action is taken to resolve any issues.
  • Service improvement and Quality
  • Provide advice to non-data experts on the most appropriate ways of collecting and using data
  • Assist operational teams with evaluating and improving information systems and processes to capture data more efficiently, effectively, and comprehensively
  • Work closely with teams undertaking service improvement to develop a culture that supports continuous improvement; design reports to monitor improvements beyond the life of individual programs
  • Analyse data to identify quality issues and work with data quality teams, service managers, and operational staff to resolve them
  • Contributes and develops internal departmental policies and identifies necessary changes to working procedures within own area, ensuring all procedures relating to information processing and reporting within areas of responsibility are documented

Communication and Management

  • Analyse information needs with users at all levels: differentiate between perceived and actual need, offer advice, clarify any complex concepts and negotiate appropriate information solutions and timelines
  • Present information, in person and in writing, to senior general managers, clinicians, and operational staff using appropriate language and presentation techniques
  • Contribute to the day to day management and task setting of the support analysts working within the team
  • Ensure procedures and protocols are complied with, particularly around data protection and use of patient-identifiable information
  • The post holder will be required to support and cover other Departmental staff and areas of expertise and when required this also includes supporting and covering for the Information Manager in the provision of an efficient Information Service in the Trust
  • Responsible for advising and alerting managers of any potential problem areas such as performance issues, data quality, and prospective target breaches which need to be addressed as a matter of urgency
