John originally had a background in IT, became a contractor and then set up his first IT recruitment company in 1984. Having sold that in 1997, he co-founded IDPP with Laurence in 2000.
John has a wealth of experience in running, managing, developing and ultimately bringing value to companies.

    James fits that rare but treasured profile as a dedicated finance professional with true enthusiasm for his role. With more than 23 years experience in the recruitment industry, he has been the linchpin in bringing expert financial acumen to some of the largest corporate companies before coming to IDPP - including Select Appointments and The Impellam Group.

    His attentive mind leads to a structured outlook imperative for the position, holding high standards in all aspects of accounting and client relationship. He believes in timely accurate management reporting and strives to hold himself and those he works with to the very pinnacle of professionalism.

    Remi Sellers is an IDPP veteran and as Associate Director is reponsible for managing a team of contract consultants and supporting all members of the wider sales team . He does this by primarily  identifying opportunities to support local and global companies in their search for the best permanent and contingent IT talent across the UK, Europe, EMEA and beyond.

    Remi has been a pillar in the success of IDPP for almost a decade and is a master at   
    building global capability at regional level to provide local and cross-boundary resources for the IT workforce worldwide.

     

    Peter Hilditch

    Being one of the longest standing memers at IDPP, Peter Hilditch is the backbone of the permenant team . Heads up all operations for the permenant desks and is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of all  plans and goals set by the CEO for the department.

    Working closely with all permnenant recruiters, Peter  coordinates and supervises daily operations of the business and ensures compliance with all regulations and  policies attahed to the 360 recruitment process.
