Business Development Director
Duncan is an experienced business development professional, with a strong background in the public sector and private healthcare. He brings a total of 12 years of recruitment experience in the public sector, 5 years of which have been in IT and recruitment project delivery.
Duncan’s main focus is identifying, negotiating and implementing contracts and developing sales strategies across IDPP that result in revenue generation. He also oversees IDPP’s strategic sales and bid proposals, with a focus on time management and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. He is equally at home in the boardroom negotiating and presenting, or working on the coalface, supporting clients through all stages of the recruitment process. Duncan has experience supporting clients with innovative ideas, that can deliver a return on savings with robust recruitment solutions.
Duncan works closely with Central Government, the NHS, housing associations, law practices, private healthcare firms and local authorities. Through his focus on building sustainable, long term, and mutually beneficial relationships; Duncan has guided IDPP to a place on two national frameworks, most notably with Crown Commercial Services (CCS) for non-clinical supply of staff to the government. This is one of the largest of its kind and is an important achievement for IDPP; enabling us to move into public sector growth by identifying new commercial opportunities through the framework.
Duncan is interested in talking to organisations engaging in a process of digital transformation, and large projects involving digital implementation. He is also skilled at providing support and guidance to clients on contingent recruitment process, and on managed service or SLA implementation.
Beginning her career with us in November 2018, Steph is a resource consultant for IDPP and an important part of our permanent team. Steph recruits for wide range of roles across the IT spectrum, but largely focuses on those within the IT services space.
Steph regularly recruits for project managers, implementation consultants, business analysts and service designers. Furthermore, she has recruited for roles across the DevOps, security and infrastructure space; and is always keen to hear from anyone looking for a new, permanent IT role.

Catherine has over 19 years of experience in technology recruitment, with specialisms in Telecoms, Infrastructure and Senior Appointments. She joined IDPP in 2011, initially working as an Account Manager alongside one of our largest clients within IT Services. Since then she has been influential in maintaining our position as a chosen resource partner.
Catherine currently manages IDPP’s Resource Centre and fabulous team of Delivery Consultants, ensuring we provide an efficient and high-quality service to our key accounts. Her background and knowledge of our client base enables IDPP to deliver to the highest standards, for both clients and candidates alike.

With a background in customer service and management in the fast-food industry, Peter had his first taste of recruitment in 2013, and has specialised in mobile technologies through his career. With some training, and a lot of practice, Peter built a very basic calculator and calendar application to better understand the technologies his candidates and clients were so passionate about.
With a career history that includes contract and permanent recruitment, training, management, and starting a recruitment company; Peter joined IDPP as a 360° consultant focused on the iOS and Android markets in London.
Not long after, Peter moved to the position of Operations Manager, and now explores new technologies, and refines internal processes, to help IDPP’s amazing team deliver the best experience to candidates and clients alike.

Mehrnaz joined IDPP in 2019. She is the head of Legal and Commercial department based in London. Previously, she worked at an international recruitment firm, Pure Search, leading contracts across the EMEA, APAC and the US.
Mehrnaz has achieved an L.L.B. (Law) and a master’s in law (L.L.M.) from Birkbeck, University of London and, prior to working in-house, Mehrnaz spent time specialising in Litigation at leading law firms based in UK.
Outside of work, Mehrnaz was awarded the title of Miss Earth London at the grand finale of Miss Earth England in 2014 – an annual international competition promoting environmental awareness and climate change.
Digital Transformation Specialist
Richard is a senior recruitment professional with over 10 years’ experience in the sector. Richard’s experience has ranged from working with specialist IT professionals, to professional medical services and health & social care.
Previously, Richard lead a team of 11 recruitment consultants that specialised in placing doctors, mental health professionals, pharmacists, & phlebotomists with public and private sector clients, on a contract basis.
Now focused on the ever-evolving IT market, Richard works with public and private sector clients, specialising in the provision of professionals with experience in digital transformations; for contract, fixed-term and permanent positions.
Ricoh Account Director
Sarb has over 19 years in recruitment in both domestic and international recruitment. Her specialty lies in building, training and developing high performing teams. She believes the strongest value proposition any company has is it's people and therefore ensuring they have the tools to do their job is always her priority.

Primarily based out of our Chester office, John works as a Sales Support & Database Administrator for IDPP, having previously developed extensive experience within the education sector. He is primarily responsible for supporting the updating of our ATS, but also works closely with our Client Resource Managers, Commercial team and Invoicing department to support the business’ administration procedures.
John believes in the importance of taking an open-minded approach to identify the best way to complete task and is always keen to embrace new ideas and technologies that support his role.
