A leading IT Consultancy firm are looking for a number of Business Analysts/Project Managers to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have experience gathering, documenting and interpreting business needs into succinct and concise functional/non-functional requirements within a large organisation.

They are in need of Business Analysts/Project Managers who have experience of working for a Consultancy firm and clients within the Financial Services / Banking Sector. In particular experience within card payments, governance and legislation of Banks and Financial Services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Working on Business and Technology Transformation programmes with Banking and Finance clients
  • Writing clear and concise requirements, building plans and conducting analysis
  • Managing projects through the full project life cycle
  • Develop creative strategic solutions and create roadmaps
  • Management of third parties and project resources
  • Management of costs  
  • Be client facing and engaging with senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst/Project Manager/ Consultant role
  • Strong background within Banking, Financial Services and Consultancy Firms  
  • Experience working on Financial projects, Card Payments, Governance and Legislation of Banking particularly desirable
  • Good understanding of project life cycles
  • Interest in Financial sector and emerging technologies within this field such as AI, ML or Blockchain
  • Appreciation of business and technical requirements and how to bridge the gap between the two
