Service Designer – Inbound Voice / Unified Communications 

6 months contract - Mid to end of October start

WFH – With view to attend office in Berkshire post Covid-19

£450 - £475 per day dependent on experience

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telecoms Service Design professional with inbound Voice familiarity and UX Design experience. This is a contract role for 6 months working from home, with view to attend the office in Berkshire post Covid-19.

The role will be to work within the Unified Communications area and involve translating business requirements into LLD Low level Deliverables (feature definition/acceptance) whilst working with the DevOps Squads on User Story Creation. This role will also involve and require working to Agile delivery methodology and awareness of an API Driven Development.

Essential Requirements

  • Familiar with inbound voice services
  • Awareness of API driven development
  • UX Design Experience
  • Translating business requirements into low level deliverables - Feature definition/acceptance and work with dev squads on user story creation
  • JIRA/Confluence
  • Agile delivery methodology
