Systems Administrator – MS Dynamics 365 / Microsoft CRM

A leading technology service provider requires an experienced Dynamics 265 specialist for a project onsite with of their clients in the Emergency Services sector. Location is East Sussex, and is expected to last 9 months initially.

We are looking for an MS Dynamics 365 administrator to support the MS Dynamics 365 platform, and will provide subject matter expertise for enhancements and ongoing project work.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an escalation point for all Microsoft CRM / Dynamics 365 incidents.
  • Carry out administration tasks to support the platform, such as database maintenance, systems maintenance, customisation & development.
  • Be proactive around monitoring alarms raised by the platform, and investigate as appropriate.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in customer meetings.
  • Support the customer with general BAU tasks.
  • Assist with projects and bid work, around Dynamics 365 requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administration capacity around Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • CRM customisation skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work with users at all levels and in a customer facing role.  
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Our client; a UK Wide Leader in Technology are seeking to recruit a Contract Co-ordinator to join their team in Crawley to support the Contract Support Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to assist the deployment of the engineering resources for the Traffic Signal Maintenance contracts across Southern England and ensure SLA’s are achieved.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist with producing monthly reports and continual monitoring of performance again the reactive and planned elements of the contracts.
  • Liaise with customer on any enquiries or requests for information.
  • Provide costs for any works outside of the "fixed price" element and agree with the customers.
  • Liase with sub-contractors.
  • Provide adminstration support to include ordering, reporting on timesheets, archiving and any other adhoc duties as required
  • Supporting the contract mangement team in their duties
  • General Administration Duties

Role Requirements:

  • Experience of working in an "operational", service or construction environment is desirable but not essential
  • Wide ranging general adminstration knowledge
  • Experience of completing documentation and producing information packs for job packs.
  • Working on computerised business mangement systems - Oracle is desired.
  • Used to liasing with internal employees and external customers / contractors.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorites.
  • Work well as part of team but equally can work on own.
  • Remain calm under pressure or when busy.
