About You

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Consultant to expand business within our Telecoms division, with focus around work package solutions. You will have at least 12-18 months experience in your chosen niche and be able to work with your existing networks and springboard into running your own show. You will have the guidance of an experienced management group, and support from an excellent Delivery Team to source talent for your clients. If you have experience recruiting within the Telecoms space – preferably Operators and Partners, we would love to hear from you!


Your Role

You will be reporting directly to the Divisional Director - Telecoms; working with guidance but with the freedom to direct your own business by discussing clients, projects, delivery and how you add to a client’s story of success. A proven track record in relationship management, performance and billings will be requested upon organising an interview. 


Typical Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop sales targets in agreement with the Divisional Director.
  • Acquire new stakeholders through your successes – New Business! Develop these relationships to secure future projects.
  • Collaborate and gather market intelligence in a structured way by using our CRM.
  • Suggest new ideas and keep the team abreast of changing trends / technologies and competitors within the field.
  • Work with the Delivery Team to direct them in developing talent pools for future projects.


Skills and Experience: Essential

  • Previous experience within IT recruitment is a must, and a track record within a niche is an advantage.
  • A desire to innovate and drive; always aim to achieve the best results.
  • Experience of communicating sales strategies.
  • Persuasive and personable relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to translate these into decisions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Salary: Based on experience and performance. We have a pay scale which is aligned to performance and billings.


Package: Attractive commission scheme and future company share schemes (upon passing probation).
