1 month contract initially (extensions likely)

Inside IR35 (required to use an umbrella company)

£180 per day

Based on site inTadworth, Surrey

A large managed IT service provider requires a number of Technical Support Specialists with excellent customer service skills to provide face to face, desk side and remote support on IT issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Graduate looking to begin their career in IT Support. They are looking for enthusiastic, confident, tech-savvy individuals who have worked in a customer-focused role previously.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping employees returning back to the office, navigating their way round, showing how to use new technology/applications
  • Provide excellent customer service and front of house duties
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Escalating any issues when required

To be considered you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Provides excellent customer service, is willing to help others and strives to exceed expectations
  • Organised with ability to multi-task
  • Experienced in dealing with customers face to face
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
