Technical Operational Manager – Telecommunications


Contract duration: 6-12 months

Start date: 1st March 2020

Rate TBC: £500 - £525 per day

Our Client has a requirement for an Operational Excellence Manager within a leading Telecommunications company in their EDU - Engineering Delivery Unit based in Berkshire.

The successful Operational Manager will;

  • Act as operational lead for key strategic initiatives of EDU
  • Identify opportunities & put ideas into action plans
  • Facilitate Team Collaboration
  • Activity Tracking
  • Steerco preparation / Support
  • Facilitate quick decision making by consolidating input & recommendations coming from the 12 markets
  • Coordinating definition
  • Data collection & Health check
  • Cross-domain view & investigation
  • Pro-active identification of delivery hiccups
  • Communication, process Management, and Head of EDU meeting Governance
  • Feed to and from Voice Core
  • Identify technical synergies
