Job Description

Seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support professional for a short-term contract, initially a 4 weeks contract with potential to extend with a Managed Services Provider, to be based in Reading on client site to support a O365 migration project.

About the role;

- Providing support in the O365 migration on client site

- Providing remote IT support and troubleshooting issues.

- Managing password issues post migration

- Experience solving mailbox issues

- Assist in the migration of the identification of distribution and shared mailboxes 

- Be proactive and support clients via phone or resolving issues with end users for face-to-face resolutions

We are currently recruiting for an SDN-WAN (SDN = Software Defined Networks) (WAN = Wide Area Networks) Architect to work within the UCC Team (Unified Communications) for a huge globally successful telecommunications company located in Berkshire.

The successful person will be taking numerous very broad concepts and starting to develop them into more tangible activities to develop numerous key architecture topics with heavy support and guidance. This will involve scoping them out, comparing technical options, exposing key design areas, and defining the activities and next steps to move forward, etc.


Generally working around SDN-WAN environment responsible for:

  • Taking broad concepts and starting to develop them into more tangible activities (SD-WAN)
  • Developing various key architecture topics
  • Scoping ideas, comparing technical options
  • Exposing key design areas
  • Define activities and next steps


  • Experienced SD-WAN Architect
  • Experienced with working in an SDN-WAN environment
  • Strong Telecommunications background
  • Good solid experience in other Network/Technology area’s beneficial
  • Strong in Juniper – Highly Advantageous
