As one of the leading investment banks of the UK, Our client is looking for an 2nd Line Support Engineer to join them on their service desk team based in Horsham, West Sussex Area. You will be part of a busy team, working in a fast paced, rotation based work within a mobile/ messaging IT based environment. Some of the key skills they look for are the following:

 

  • Experienced as a 2nd Line Support Engineer as part of a fast paced Mobile & Messaging Infrastructure Environment
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online/ Office 365
  • Knowledge on BB & Mobilelron 
  • Knowledge on patching servers
  • Be flexible and willing to do shift work.
