Service Desk Technician

Service Desk, 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support, IT Support, Customer Service

A leading IT services provider has a requirement for an experienced Service Desk Technician for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

The successful candidate will be the single point of contact for all on-site IT issues and queries therefore will need to enjoy working independently. This role would involve maintaining user accounts, working to SLA’s and contributing to IT projects as required.

To be considered candidates will have:

  • Demonstratable 1st and 2nd line support experience within a service desk environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently using their own initiative

This role would suit an experienced, customer focussed Service Desk Technician who is happy to work independently.
