Service Desk Technician

Service Desk, 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support, IT Support, Opera, Customer Service

A leading Leisure and Hotel Group has a requirement for an experienced Service Desk technician on a 3-6 month contractual basis.

To be considered candidates will have:

  • Demonstratable 1st and 2nd line support experience within a service desk environment
  • Knowledgeable on Opera/ Oracle-based booking systems
  • Excellent customer service skills   

This role would suit a customer service focussed Service Desk Technician with experience in using Opera/ Oracle-based booking systems.
