Retail service desk manager
An IT Managed Services company requires an experienced retail service desk Manager to oversee the provision of retail end user services against a retail store. Based at their client site near Southampton, The right candidate will leave, manage and mentor the service delivery function ( a team of ten), build the capabilities and introduce process for incident, change and problem resolution, they will be expected to be 100% consumer orientated, on delivery exceptional experiences to our business. The role requires someone to play a lead role in the design and future direction of the Service Desk
