Job Description

My client are a leading Managed Services Provider, who require Service Desk Analysts for a high profile client.

Contract and permanent opportunities are available.

What you'll do

  • Be the first point of contact for our internal customers 
  • Capture and share the right information about customers' problems in ServiceNow
  • Work closely with others in your team
  • Work closely with your 2nd and 3rd service line experts
  • Own your customer's problems and incidents
  • Prioritise and sort customer's problems according to SLAs

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Experience as a Service Desk Analyst
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Good with Microsoft-based operating systems, especially Windows 10
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • ITIL knowledge

Work will sometimes include weekends.

System Tester


Our global client is seeking an experienced System Tester to test a new server being installed. Must have proven experience within the telecommunication sector as this role will be testing on new application Servers. You will be working from start to finish on the testing of these Servers to get them up and running.


Need experience with:

  • You must have experience with at least one of Inet/Spectra.
  • Sip experience is essential for this role.
  • Ribbon c20 experience is considered a benefit.
  • Must have demonstrable experience with putting test plans together.

This role will initially be working from home but there is an expectation later down the line to be based partially on site in Berkshire.
