Job Description

My client are a leading Managed Services Provider, who require Service Desk Analysts for a high profile client.

Contract and permanent opportunities are available.

What you'll do

  • Be the first point of contact for our internal customers 
  • Capture and share the right information about customers' problems in ServiceNow
  • Work closely with others in your team
  • Work closely with your 2nd and 3rd service line experts
  • Own your customer's problems and incidents
  • Prioritise and sort customer's problems according to SLAs

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Experience as a Service Desk Analyst
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Good with Microsoft-based operating systems, especially Windows 10
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • ITIL knowledge

Work will sometimes include weekends.
