My client are a leading Managed Services Provider, who require Service Desk Analysts for a high profile client.

What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for our internal customers
- Capture and share the right information about customers' problems in ServiceNow
- Work closely with others in your team
- Work closely with your 2nd and 3rd service line experts
- Own your customer's problems and incidents
- Prioritise and sort customer's problems according to SLAs
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Experience as a Service Desk Analyst
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Good with Microsoft-based operating systems, especially Windows 10
- Microsoft 365 experience
- ITIL knowledge
Work will sometimes include weekends.
