IDPP is working in partnership with a large Managed IT Service Provider to source a Second Line SAP Support Specialist on Support Engineer. This is a 3 month contract position with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Second Line SAP Support to users, managing projects related to SAP Modules and ensuring capability to support post launch. This is an ideal opportunity for a SAP Support Specialist who possesses exceptional communication and customer service skills who can take ownership of issues and when required is able to work closely with external support suppliers to resolve issues or implement solutions.
