Sales Coordinator

My client is a major player in the technology sector, due to an expansion they are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.

The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.


  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies


  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

An expanding IT Managed Services business requires an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project work for clients, across a portfolio of technologies and annuity based services. This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineer looking for more customer-facing work, and a route into future opportunities within IT Consulting.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, ideally within IT Services, Professional Services or a field-based role.
  • Experience in end to end project delivery; either as Lead Engineer or with sole responsibility for the project.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as required, with some overnight stays.
  • Strong Technical skills around: Office 365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, VMWare, Switches and Firewalls.
  • Knowledge of MDM technologies – Airwatch/Intune
  • ITIL awareness, accreditation preferred.

Location: UK wide travel required with regular travel especially to London and South East.

Implementation Consultant - French Speaking

£40000 - £50000

My client, a workforce management software company, is looking for an experienced implementation consultant to work with new and existing clients to deliver system consulting and training to their HR, Payroll and Operations Managers. The role is based in Central London, with travel to France and within the UK.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be experienced in implementing technical or software solutions. They will have experience delivering training (technical or software applications). You will have exposure to software project management principles / methodologies. You will have the ability to work autonomously and have a high level of professionalism. You will be a team player, with a solid work ethic.

You will have excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills and be confident to present and train small to medium size groups.


  • Monthly travel through UK and France to deliver training and workshops.
  • On average, 5-10 days a month on client sites
  • Candidates must have a driving licence and be a permanent resident in the UK with the ability to travel to France.

Key Skills

  • Problem solving and ability to think outside the box.
  • Good time management, with the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French.
  • Application support and / or software implementation experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with Payroll, Time and Attendance or Point of Sale software would an advantage.
  • Familiarity with installing desktop applications.
  • Experience in basic file sharing and user credentials.
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Technical experience with WFM, Payroll or CRM software as well as MS SQL would be highly regarded.
