Infrastructure Security Analyst

Our market leading client requires an Infrastructure Security Analyst to support the company’s global vulnerability and policy compliance environment.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing secuirty measures to protect computer systems, networks and data.

You will be security focussed and will be up to speed with the latest intelligence, hackers’ methodologies to anticipate potential breaches.

You will be responsible for preventing data loss and service interruptions by researching and assisting teams and ensure the maintenance of existing and new technologies that will protect a network.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3 years IT Security experience
  • Working knowledge of windows operating systems and their security
  • Linux operating systems and their secuirty
  • Network security and security protocols
  • Shell scripting
  • Knowledge of IDS/IPS/ SIEM systems
  • Experience of administering firewalls
  • Vulnerability scanning and systems secuirty maintenance
  • Experience working with distributed / gateway anti-virus and antimalware
  • IT security knowledge and certifications such as TIA secuirty

This is initially a contract role but the client are open to considering someone who would be interested in a permanent role.

Cloud Security Engineer

Our worldwide leading client requires a Cloud Security Engineer for an initial 6 month contract beginning from Janaury 2019. 

The Cloud Security Engineer’s role is to ensure the security cloud hosted applications are securely configured to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information processed.

The Cloud Security Engineer will assess the security configurations of the AWS, Azure, SAP and other relevant cloud environments against industry benchmarks, test for known vulnerabilities and support the business complete PCI Data Security Standard Self Assessment Questionnaires.

Skills & Experience

  • Hands on experience with AWS
  • Good understanding of how to build API’s and RESTful web services
  • Good unit testing skills
  • Log aggregation tools and techniques, analysis and reporting
  • Vulnerability management and analysis, including patching and remediation strategies
