An excellent new 6 months assignment has arisen at a leading Financial Services business based in London, to work closely with their end client to design and develop customer offers as part of a Rewards Programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Rewards Specialist to join a household name, global Financial Services business on a contract basis.
- Lead the development and implementation of customer offers as part of a Rewards Programme, working closely with colleagues to develop the customer marketing approach for individual reward offers
- Work closely with the Legal, Compliance, Data and Procurement teams to ensure relevant assessments and documentation are provided to bring offers to market
- Manage vendor and program partner relationships in support of the management of Reward initiatives
- Identify consumer trends, insights, and competitive intel that can be leveraged to enhance customer engagement
- Understand and evaluate how program changes and reward offers influence customer loyalty and engagement
- Proven experience within a similar Rewards based role, ideally with Merchants Rewards experience
- Experience working within the Financial/Banking industry highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
