Contract : 3 months

Location : London or Tadworth, Surrey

Day Rate : £240 per day

Status: Inside IR35 (candidates must use an umbrella company)

Start date : ASAP

A large Managed IT Service Provider has an urgent requirement for an enthusiastic Desktop Engineer to be based on site with their end client in Central London and Tadworth, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a Desktop Support Professional with excellent communication skills who loves to be kept busy and has excellent skills supporting Windows 10 and Office 365.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide onsite IT Support for colleagues covering all end user devices
  • Windows 10 and Office 365 support
  • PC Hardware building, imaging and troubleshooting
  • Installing, upgrading, repairing and deploying core hardware and software including desktops, laptops, zero clients and peripherals
  • Wyse Terminal, Citrix and Virtual Desktops support
  • Telephony endpoint support

To be considered you will need:

  • Proven experience providing desktop support in a similar role
  • Good all-round IT Knowledge
  • Able to work within SLAs
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
