Main Responsibilities:

As a Lead Developer, you will work with the Marketing, Design and Development team to develop the world's best travel planning tool. They have a super exciting release plan which will change the way people plan their trips.

  • Development of best in class data processing tools and internal APIs
  • Integration of external APIs and frameworks for our in-house hotel booking engine, flight booking engine, car hire booking engine, travel planning engine and a whole lot more
  • Optimization and scaling of our data warehouse with a focus on clean structure and speed

Our Canary Wharf based client requires an Deskside Support Engineer  for an initial 3-month contract to assist customers with face to face, deskside and remote support.


  • Provide deskside support and deliver hardware break fix solutions to the Business in a Win7/10 and Mac OS environment, diagnosing and resolving IT hardware and software problems, configuring PC’s, installing, upgrading and replacing core hardware and software, within specified SLA’s
  • To provide local assistance in the delivery of IT solutions and be involved, often as part of a project team, for IT implementations, installations and upgrades. This function may also include client site support for core products.
  • Travel to satellite offices when required to provide deskside support
  • Become involved in the implementation of best practice across Business areas, by providing informal training and advice on the effective use of the firm’s hardware and software.
  • Assist IT colleagues within Local Support by sharing information, knowledge transfer and experience sharing
  • Complete Local Support admin duties

Key Skills & Experience 

  • Good all-round knowledge of IT and its use within a business environment for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Key knowledge required – Win7/10, MS Office 2013, O365, iOS, laptop hardware fault diagnosis and repair
  • Desirable experience – Mac OS, SQL, ServiceNow
  • Will have worked within a Customer Services environment with strong customer service skills and been involved in relationship management.
  • Must have a flexible approach to working hours

Role Profile:

Within the role of Systems Consultant, you will be required to work closely with a number of departments such as Account Management, Business Development, Procurement, and Bid Management to provide technical solutions. The role demands the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with both suppliers and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consulting - Delivery of consultancy advice to customers in accordance with the agreed scope of work and timescales. Presentation of consultancy deliverables in the form of reports and slides
  • Solution Development - Development of generic solutions to industry needs and requirements, including the identification and integration of innovative products and services from new/existing technology partners
  • Pre-Sales - Creation and costing of solutions in response to customer requirements. Description of solution details and compliances within the required proposal format. Presentation of the solution to customers

Floorwalker – Windows 10 migration. West London.

An experienced Floorwalker / Desktop Engineer is required by an IT Services company, for a short-term customer project around Windows 10 deployment. Tasks will focus around floorwalking and user support throughout the migration, as well as some standard desktop support work required by the end client.
