Our client based in Hull requires a Junior IT Customer Service Representative for an initial 6-month contract to assist customers with face to face, and telephone IT support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work as part of a global client in a fast paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilites:

  • Logging, escalating and chasing tickets through to resolution.
  • Updating users on their requests.
  • Helping to set up skype broadcasts within a meeting system.
  • Meet and greet visitors coming to the helpdesk.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows8/10 and Office365.
  • Will have worked in a Customer Services environment previously with excellent customer service skillsA minimum of 1 year experience of IT in a business environment
  • A minimum of 1 year experience of IT in a business environment.
