Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Java Developer for a high profile, mission critical project with our client who are a leading IT solutions company. The duration of the contract is 6 months however, maybe extended and the role is based in West London.

This is a very exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment and to work on a project which will be used in many airlines across the world.

The main tasks as Java Developer would be:-

  • To design, implementation and delivery of DIH key components.
  • Work closely with different teams within the project to create and develop high quality code for internal/external customers that works.

Key requirements: -

  • Java, Kafka and MongoDB experience.
    • Have a solid grasp of scalability, stability and security challenges of a customer-centric, cloud-based application.
    • Able to troubleshoot issues on all levels of the platform and efficiently recover them.
    • Degree or equivalent in computer science and / or MBA or related subject.

Experience on streaming platforms and any Python, Drools, Openshift or Scala experience would be a advantageous.
