The role will include both remote desktop support and desk-side assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with professioanals at all levels.

This is for a customer project within the Telecoms sector, and it would suit someone keen to bring these skills used in past projects, to a long-term contract assignment working with a Global network operator. Successful applicants will join a team of Voice Engineers with a range of skills in the above technologies; the new team members will compliment this team on a project which is involved in moving customers on to a new platform.

Our Client is interested to speak with those who have worked on System X - data management, routing data, and configuration. It is more the switching side that we are looking for.

Civil Engineer

£350 - £400

Seeking an experienced RF Engineer with Telecom or Radio Infrastructure experience for a home-based role with regular travel to London office and occasional overseas travel to Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria for an initial 6 months contract

We have a vacancy for a qualified Civil Engineer to support Pre-Sales activities on large telecommunications projects.


● Lead and own all Pre-Sales Civil Engineering design and costing activities.

● Work with the Pre-Sales Technical Architect, Bid Manager and Procurement staff to ensure the civils design and scope of work are aligned with the overall solution.

● Verifying such designs that may be done by others, along with corresponding definition of scope of work for subcontractors. Such work elements will include tower foundations, building repairs or alterations as necessary, site fencing, site access from the road, Antenna mounting arms and all other works associated with preparing new or existing radio sites for telecommunications.

● Review all the civil, survey , and shop drawing documents which will be submitted by the subcontractors.

● Handover of Civil Engineering elements to the Post Sales Project Team Knowledge of, and reference to, appropriate national and international standards and best practices applicable to the design and implementation of the works is required.


Specific Knowledge/Skills:

Previous experience is expected in Light Civil Engineering, preferably in Telecom or radio infrastructure projects or similar, including Towers, Shelters, Equipment Room Remedial Work, Trenches, Tracks, Roads etc Fluency in the English language (verbal and written) is essential, fluency in French language (verbal and written) would be a distinct advantage.

The ability to clearly and unambiguously write Statements of Work for subcontractors to follow.

You should be a suitably qualified Civil Engineer, computer literate and have commercial awareness.


Service Desk Analyst

£20000 - £30000

In anticipation of roles being released to us on a Perm/Contract basis within major accounts, we are now looking for Service Desk Analyst who have experience in working in NHS organisations who are available immediately to come on board.

The projects range from a variety of different roles, but main requirements will be the following below:

  • Experience providing support on Windows based Wintel environments E.G. Window Servers, Windows Operating Systems, SCCM etc.
  • Experience/ Background working in the NHS
  • Good attitude

IT Support Analyst

My client is looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst so sit within their IT department based in Farnborough.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing IT support, remotely, by e-mail and face-to-face. They will be customer focussed, with a confident, polite phone manner, maintaining a good rapport with all staff.The IT Support Analyst will be part of a rotating shift pattern, covering 06:30-19:30 Monday-Friday and including an out of hours on-call system.


  • Experience supporting users with infrastructure, hardware and software.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • AD, Windows 10, Office 2013/2016/365, hardware, configuring PCs.
  • Network experience (including fibres) would be preferred by not essential.
  • Audio/Visual experience would be beneficial but not essential.
