- Send mobile phones in internal post to colleagues across the firm.
- Order supplies of accessories and mobile phones.
- Prepare phones for redistribution (cleaning/boxing etc)
- Prepare phones for recycling
- Stock management
- Responding to end user queries
- Ticket management
