iPhone Coordinator

Required Skills:

  • Highly organised with extremely close attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience (including Excel reporting)

The Role:

  • Removing personal/corporate data from iPhones.
  • Work with Apple/mobile phone suppliers to remove Find My iPhone lock from mobiles.
  • Send mobile phones in internal post to colleagues across the firm.
  • Order supplies of accessories and mobile phones.
  • Prepare phones for redistribution (cleaning/boxing etc)
  • Prepare phones for recycling 
  • Stock management
  • Responding to end user queries
  • Ticket management
