My client (Hinckley) is a specialist mobile app development company, who create business optimising applications for their end clients through best practice and industry knowledge, and the transfer of skills and abilities.

The Overview

I am actively seeking an iOS Developer to join my client on a permanent basis. You will work as part of a team to deliver bespoke applications, under the direction and parternship of the project manager.

What will you do?

  • Develop iOS Apps, using well structured code
  • Implement Automated Testing and the Automation of frequent/common tasks to let you get on with non-repetetive tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team in design discussions, with a focus on strong, clean architecture
  • Keep up to date on the latest technology in order to keep products relevant and cutting edge.
  • Work to realistic deadlines through effecient methodologies and clear planning.
  • Publish apps to the App Store

What we're looking for...

  • Experience developing for iOS using Swift / Objective-C (2 years)
  • iOS software design patterns (MVVM</MVP/ MVC/VIPER)
  • Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
  • Self motivated and ability to make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to work solo and as a team
  • Experience of working with CocoaPods
  • Understanding of Restful APIs
  • Ability to work to deadlines.

IDPP are interested to speak with enthusiastic and self-driven SCADA Support Engineers to join their growing IT and Telecommunications Service Provider end client who can offer excellent opportunities for progression.

The successful candidate will provide routine and on-demand SCADA support including maintenance of applications and user interfaces which will include providing periodic out-of-hours‘ On-Call’ emergency support.


  • A broad range of experience and knowledge of SCADA systems from a support perspective and MS SQL Server including maintenance, running queries, and resolving issues.
  • Be highly motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to form and maintain working relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Be collaborative and supportive in your approach to working as part of a team.
  • Be qualified to at least HNC / HND level in a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Have a strong understanding of IT Networking concepts including Routing, Switching, DNS, and OSI Model.
  • Strong MS Windows Operating systems experience.
  • Highly attentive to detail.
