First Line IT Support, 1st Line IT Support, Junior Service Desk, Helpdesk,  

A large Managed IT Services Provider has an urgent requirement for an enthusiastic Junior First Line IT Support Engineer to work on their end clients site based in Berkshire.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing both deskside and remote support to users
  • Timely resolution of IT related problems within specified SLA’s
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software problems and configuring PCs
  • Installing, upgrading and replacing core hardware and software
  • Escalating any issues when required to Second/Third Line Support

To be considered you will need:

  • Proven experience within an IT Service Desk role
  • Good all-round IT Knowledge
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • A real passion for delivering excellent customer service
