Our Bishop's Stortford based client has a unique and exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Architect to join them on a contract. You will work with the network, server and install teams reviewing details from Architects who will be building a new data centre.

There is a mixture of on-site data centres, and offsite private- and public-cloud environments providing physical and virtual hosting solutions.

You will be responsible for designing the capabilities required, delivering roadmaps and change plans, and will participate in project governance ensuring that deliveries in line with and delivering the roadmap.

Essential technical skills:

  • Physical Infrastructure Experience
  • Data Centre experience  
  • Architectural modelling, design and road mapping
  • Demonstrable success in delivering roadmaps and designs in a similarly sized organisations: multiple data centres, 30,000 indirect employees, national footprint with global satellite sites, hundreds of servers
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of Infrastructure Architect

You will be a key member of the design review team – working to ensure we have the physical infrastructure in place to deliver all elements of the new building, including but not limited to networking, CCTV (including any storage extension), Wifi, UKBF requirements, display screens and wayfinding solutions.

Our client; a Global Healthcare business and data automation company, are seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join their team providing First Line IT Support over the telephone, online/ email and be part of their friendly Customer Support Team.

Job Duties:

  • Required to resolve, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the Customer Support queue in CRM (Salesforce).   Qualify and allocate first level support cases and take ownership of cases that cannot be resolved at Tier 1.
  • Log cases in CRM, ensuring tickets are regularly updated with all relevant information.
  • Monitor job queues and take steps to resolve any alerted items
  • Accept and resolve tier 1 support cases, initiating swarms when required to troubleshoot issues and reduce the need for escalation
  • Carry out detailed investigations (including remote access sessions) to resolve support cases.
  • Document all troubleshooting processes and actions performed to resolve cases within CRM


  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft desktop products
  • 1 Year's experience within IT Support (desirable)
  • Customer focused, and solution orientated
  • Analytical and structured approach
  • Rigorous and detailed oriented
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
  • Salesforce CRM System knowledge (desirable)
