Customer Communications Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Communications Specialist to join a globally recognised financial services company based in Edinburgh. This role is a 6-month contract however, has the possibility to extend further.

As Customer Communications Specialist your main task would be to support the defining, run testing and learn communication activities for Persistent Debt customers particularly:

Key Responsibilities

  • To find creative ways to communicate with customers at the 18-month point by giving personalised payment info in a separate communication for the generic notice letters.
  • Set up MI reporting to track performance and give recommendations on what communications are working or not.  Need to work closely with Customer Management analysts and be comfortable dealing with 3rd party providers. 

Core skills required are planning, attention to detail, written and verbal communications, analysis, stakeholder management and project management.
