Job Description

As part of a massive recruitment campaign with over 3 roles to fill, we are working with one of the leading providers for mental health, personality disorders, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and brain injuries based in the north west London area. Wou will be part of a newly formed, infrastructure team looking after over 5,000 employees and 75 different hospital and care homes within the UK. Working with predominately window base technology, the client is looking for experienced 3rd line support engineers to help formulate the new team and provide excellent service for their end users across the country.

 

The client is looking for the following experience:

  • Experience as a sole 3rd Line Support Engineer or as a mixture between 2nd/ 3rd line support
  • Experience on troubleshooting/ querying a variety of issues on window services/ operating systems from windows 7/10/xp and window servers 2008/2012
  • Experience in working on Windows infrastructure tools/ systems such as Active Directory, Group Policies, Powershell and similar deployment/ infrastructure troubleshooitng skills
  • Familiarity on applications/ deployment systems
  • Good written/ verbal communication skills
