A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a short-term position until 23rd December 2019. This is working as an SC Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineer for a hugely innovative company that specialise in technology solutions for the Commercial, Defence, and Security sectors, hence the need for essentially needing to have a current SC Clearance.

The purpose of the position is to clear 2000 outstanding tickets by 23rd December 2019. Therefore, this contract is expected to be 4-6 weeks in total. It would really suit an immediately available 2nd line contractor in the area looking for work to secure up until Christmas, but it is essential you already have a valid SC. 

Purpose and Duty

• To help support the clearance of 2000 outstanding tickets by 23rd December 2019, resolving 2nd Line Issues and escalating where appropriate 

Essential Requirements

• SECURITY CLEARANCE – Currently valid, not lapsed
• 2nd line Level Experience resolving technical issues
• Proactive and motivated person
