IDPP is working in partnership with a large Managed IT Service Provider to source a Second Line SAP Support Specialist on Support Engineer. This is a 3 month contract position with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Second Line SAP Support to users, managing projects related to SAP Modules and ensuring capability to support post launch. This is an ideal opportunity for a SAP Support Specialist who possesses exceptional communication and customer service skills who can take ownership of issues and when required is able to work closely with external support suppliers to resolve issues or implement solutions.

IDPP is representing a financial services group focused on retail and commercial customers- with millions of customers in the UK, and a presence in nearly every community. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join the company on a 12-month contract basis in Bristol.
This role is within the Interaction Design team who are responsible for designing, and optimising the messages sent to customers to engage and deepen their relationship with the group.
They will require creativity and a customer focus to enable them to identify customer events in data that indicate the need for bank service or product contact. They will also work with the optimisation processes, to ensure that the interactions are correctly prioritised based on relevance to customers through the correct channel. They will need strong attention to detail, to ensure high quality, accurate data is delivered. The role also demands the ability to liaise with many stakeholders when dealing with campaign design, set up and test. The role will cover customer interactions and is a great opportunity to develop your understanding of customer focussed strategies, in a multichannel environment.
The individual in this role should be passionate about data and analytics, have an attitude for problem solving, and use that approach to recommend and drive simple, effective solutions. They must be able to communicate effectively, have an eye for detail and accuracy and also demonstrate a restless curiosity.
Using Group Data Warehouse (GDW), the successful candidate will analyse the customer base to design campaign data sets. There is also a need to lead and review the existing portfolio of customer interactions, and consolidate it to deliver a more efficient journey for colleagues and customers.
An understanding of Marketing and Campaign Management will be considered highly favourable.

My client is a leading technology company delivering ICT, mission-critical communication networks, operational systems and services. They are looking for a senior systems engineer with design experience to join their team in Lewes on a 12 month FTC.
Successful candidates for this role need to be elgible for SC clearance.
About the Role
In this role you will be acting as a Principle Engineer for the Engineering department on a number of key projects within within the Public Safety sector. You will be acting as the primary technical lead for these projects, reporting to the Project Manager and be responsible for a small technical team for the duration of the work. Close customer liaison will be key as well as managing and supporting the delivery of system infrastructure changes and commissioning activities of projects including design, test, and handover.
