Pre-Sales Service Design Architect

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £55k per annum and a generous car allowance

Location: UK Based

A fantastic permanent opportunity has arisen to work for a successful and innovative Infrastructure Communications company as a Service Design Architect. 

We are seeking an experienced professional who will ensure high quality proposals are submitted, designing credible and deliverable service architecture that is fully costed and appropriate for the customer services required.

You will be working within a positive culture, where employees are well rewarded and have opportunity to progress, acting as the customers’ technical and operational representative and liaise with customers and stakeholders where required.

Typical Deliverables:

• Working with the Sales and Bid teams to produce high quality, price competitive service solutions ranging from fully managed services through to support and maintenance services.
• Act as an interface between the Presales team and the Operation teams to build a knowledge base of standard collateral and past performance of services offering
• Ability to create new, innovative service offerings, to gain competitive advantage.
• Leading a bid process, and creating documentation such as proposal material and contract schedules.

Experience:

• Experience in the sales, pre-sales & operational environments
• Experience of working with suppliers and clients at a senior level
• Strong Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
• ITIL foundation (essential)
• Proven track record of managing complexity
