Our client is large IT services provider, currently looking for a Technical Administrator to assist the Account Management Team in Northampton. This is an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of being extended.
Provide support to 3rd parties suppliers queries over the phone and email.
Bringing an appropriate resolution to clients or escalating where necessary.
Initially observing technical surveys with field engineers during the training period.
Excellent organisation skills
Technical background desired, ideally service desk.
Good Excel knowledge is essential to be considered for this role.
