The freelance contractors we supply work on a time and materials basis (T&M) meaning they are paid an hourly, daily or weekly rate by us for any work they undertake for you. Usually evidenced by a signed timesheet, we then invoice you for the contractor’s services.
This T&M approach would usually be the the preferred model for assignments where the final deliverables cannot be clearly defined or are of an ongoing (BAU) nature.
