IDPP are working with a growing business based in Hampshire who are looking for a SharePoint Consultant who can lead the design, development and deployment of Microsoft 365 technology stack solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a SharePoint Consultant to join a growing business, who foster a lovely working environment and has excellent opportunities for further training in related areas such as Cyber Security.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and will have experience helping organisations move onto the cloud and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Process and Change team to implement automation and streamlining of new and existing processes using the Office 365 Power Platform, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Design and develop Microsoft 365 Solutions including (Power Platform, SharePoint, MS Teams and wider M365 Platform) ensuring these meet development best practice standards.
  • Implementation of M365 Solutions.
  • Consultancy for migrations to M365, best practice and oversight.
  • Tailors approach to communicate effectively with users at all levels, technical and non-technical.
  • Coach and mentor team to build knowledge and understanding of M365 solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a SharePoint Consultant capacity.
  • Excellent understanding of key components of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and the Power Platform.
  • A good understanding of the broader Microsoft 365 platform and its capabilities, and experienced using tools such as PowerShell to automate processes.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • SharePoint Online configuration and developing SharePoint PowerApps applications experience.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills as well as the ability to be engaging to stakeholders.
  • Good problem-solver with a creative flair.

IDPP are looking to speak with Solution Design Engineers to join their busy client, a growing IT and Telecommunications Service Provider to work on high profile, national Rail projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering Ops Comms and Telecommunications solutions including operational telephony, signalling, voice, copper and fibre.

Reporting to the Engineering Lead, the successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for delivering the engineering aspects for a major tender response and the subsequent delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the requirements for the Ops Comms and SCADA projects.
  • Creating solution designs for Ops Comms projects including operational telephony, signalling, voice, copper and fibre.
  • Working on tender responses including pre-sales as part of a dedicated tender response team.
  • Working with the wider team, Programme Manager and external partners to specify equipment and architect the solutions.
  • Providing Bills of Materials for equipment and cost breakdowns for effort.
  • Ensuring the highest quality output.

To be considered you must have:

  • Prior experience of delivering large scale Ops Comms projects within rail from an engineering perspective.
  • Ops Comms solution design experience (including operational telephony, signalling, voice, copper and fibre).
  • Pre-sales experience working on tender responses including provision of BoMs and cost estimates, working with partners and driving delivery methodology and strategy.
  • Knowledge of Relocatable Electronic Buildings (REB) specifications.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
