A 12 months fixed term contract has arisen that requires a candidate to function effectively in a busy customer focused and technically challening environment within ICT services.

You will be working as part of an ICT Infrastructure team and will undertake technical tasks.

You will also be required to develop and maintain working relationships with staff at all levels both internally and externally.

The Role:

  • Maintain security, integrity and availability of data networking through Cisco.
  • Maintenance of Firewalls, Routers, Switches and Wi-Fi.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Update and publish ICT Networks documentation.
  • Update equipment and ensure the necessary spares are catered for.

Our leading IT Services Solutions client requires an Audio-Visual Engineer for an initial 3-month contract engagement to be based in central London.

  • Audio Visual (AV) configuration, management, support and engineering

This role would suit a cable engineer who is comfortable with working within a communication room and an engineer who understands structured cabling infrastructure.

  • Would suit aA cable engineer who is comfortable working within a Communication Room. An engineer who understands Structured Cabling Infrastructure.
  • Carry out an audit and document existing routing from Network switch to FID Client. Audit Documentation must be concise as this will be passed over to others to complete the migration which includes CAB Process.
  • Work in confined areas. Appreciates the implication of not Implementing the plan as instructed.
  • Able to work methodically making reference to the Implementation Plan to resolve the issue.
  • Be comfortable lone working
  • Should be – Competent in Structured cabling installation, Patch Cord routing and a good understanding of best practice when installing Network Hardware.

A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a short term project until 23rd December 2019. This is working as an SC Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineer for a hugely innovative company that specialise in technology solutions, for the commercial, defence and security sectors, hence the need for essentially needing to have a current SC Clearence.

 

The purpose of the position is to clear 2000 outstanding tickets by 23rd December 2019. Therefore, this contract is expected to be 4-6 weeks in total. It would really suit an immediately available 2nd line contractor in the area looking for work to secure up until Christmas, but it is essential you already have a valid SC.

 

Purpose and Duty:

  • To help support the clearence of 2000 outstanding tickets by 23rd December 2019, resolving 2nd line issues and escalating where appropraite.

  • SECURITY CLEARENCE - Curently valid, not lapsed.
  • 2nd line Level Experience resolving technical issues
  • Proactive and motivated
