Jay has been in the recruitment industry for 8 years and has been working in Finance for 10 years. He joined idpp in late 2023 and has grown in his role from Finance Manager to Financial Controller, overseeing the finance and commercial team. Jay’s combination of work ethic and critical thinking makes him an asset to the company. Away from work, he enjoys watching his favorite football team, Leeds United, following them home and away, and also enjoys long bike rides out of the city.
