Catherine has over 20 years’ experience recruiting within the Technology sector, working on behalf of SMEs through to Global organisations. Her strengths lie in understanding business requirements in order to source and attract top talent for clients.
Catherine joined idpp in 2011 as a Client Account Manager, supporting some of our largest clients in IT Services. In 2019 she moved into a management position, opening idpp’s Resource Delivery Centre in Chester, where she leads all candidate sourcing activities for our contract, permanent and project requirements across the UK and Europe.
She continues to grow and develop the Delivery team, and with her knowledge of our client base and deep industry experience, enables idpp to deliver to the highest standards for both clients and candidates alike.
