An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced 1st Line support to work on a service desk via a customer site based in Swords, Dublin of a leading provider of IT Services.
The successful candidate will have good IT understanding and experience, alongside excellent ability to communicate and help with 1st line queries, dealing with ticketing systems, and other general 1st Line IT support needs.

Field Technical Support / Deployment Engineer
Our client is a global specialist within the IT sector providing IT software & technology services. They are currently looking to hire a Support Engineer to provide Laptop, Tablet, and Server deployment, maintenance and 1st line support.
This role will involve large amounts of travel to client sites in and around the Roissy region which is just outside the Paris and the Charles de Gaul Airport. This assignment will be based on a 3 month rolling contract model paying a very generous daily rate plus complete cover for all travel expenses.
