Project Management

The key difference between our contract and Interim project management family is that our Interims form part of our Associate Consultant practice.

Our Associates are all highly experienced project and programme managers who we have worked with or who are recommended to us as first class project leaders.  They provide our clients with the opportunity to engage a senior Interim on a flexible time and project output basis.

Many projects require senior management input on less than a full time basis and our Interims are able to provide this.

Our Associate project managers typically work on a portfolio of projects providing critical expertise when required, at competitive consulting rates.
